These terms apply when you use Seller Lookout. By signing up, you agree to them. Seller Lookout is for businesses: by signing up you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Seller Lookout is a trading name of Ecoformix Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI712157), registered office 48 Bachelors Walk, Lisburn, BT28 1XN. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the service does

Seller Lookout watches the Amazon seller accounts you ask us to watch and tells you when something changes. What we watch depends on your plan, as described on our website when you sign up.

• Lookout (free): checks based on information Amazon shows publicly, and a weekly email.
• Watch: adds figures from your own account, through a read-only connection you approve in Seller Central, and same-morning alerts.
• Fix: adds our specialists working on the issues we find, as a service provider in your account, with the permissions you grant.
• Grow: adds growth work on your listings and campaigns, delivered by Constellation Commerce, another trading name of Ecoformix Ltd. The scope is agreed with you before work starts.

Seller Lookout is independent of Amazon. Amazon makes its own decisions about accounts and listings. We can tell you early and help you respond, but we cannot promise any outcome from Amazon, and we cannot stop Amazon reviewing, restricting or removing a product or an account.

3. Prices and payment

• Paid plans are charged per Amazon seller account, per month, in advance, plus VAT.
• Promotional prices apply as shown on our website at the time you sign up, for the period stated. After that period, the standard price for your plan applies.
• We may change our standard prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.
• Grow and recovery work are quoted, and the quote sets the price.

4. Cancelling

Plans run month to month with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by email, and your plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months. We may withdraw the free plan, or end a paid plan with 30 days' notice.

5. Your part

• You confirm you are entitled to connect, or ask us to watch, each account you add.
• You stay responsible for your Amazon account, your products and their compliance, including safety data sheets and other documents, which come from you or your manufacturer.
• You give us accurate information and tell us about changes that matter to the service.
• You can switch off the connection or remove our access at any time. Some features stop working when you do.

6. Our part

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We rely on data from Amazon and other providers, which can be late, incomplete or change without notice, so alerts may sometimes be delayed or missed. We will tell you if we become aware of a problem that affects your alerts.

7. Liability

We are not liable for decisions Amazon makes, or for loss of sales, profit, stock, data or goodwill, or for indirect loss. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and Amazon account data.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland deal with any dispute.
