What sellers usually ask.
Do you need my Seller Central login?
No. The free plan reads Amazon's public figures, so nothing is needed from you at all. For Watch and Fix, you approve a read-only connection from inside your own Seller Central. No passwords change hands, and you can switch it off at any time.
Can you stop Amazon reviewing my products?
No one can. What we can do is tell you the day it starts, and on Fix, get the right paperwork in front of Amazon quickly. Early is the difference between a few days off sale and a few weeks.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
Amazon UK today. Amazon's EU marketplaces follow, starting with the ones our sellers use for Pan-EU FBA.
I use a 3PL. Does that matter?
It helps. Your 3PL can see the delivery figures for the orders it ships, with your say-so, so problems get fixed where they start.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly. Once you choose Watch or Fix, you get a secure email from Revolut, our payment provider, to set up the payment. It shows on your statement as ECOFORMIX LTD, the company behind Seller Lookout. Prices are plus VAT, and you get a VAT invoice.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month. Q4 promo prices are held for six months for anyone who joins by 31 December.
Are you part of Amazon?
No. Seller Lookout is an independent service for Amazon sellers. It reads your account's figures only with your approval.
